How does the free trial work?
You get a dedicated instance with 4 cores, 16 GB of memory and 125 GB of hot storage, enough for about 25 to 50 devices, with every feature turned on. When you are ready, move to a paid plan.
How is the cloud priced?
By the number of devices you monitor, with plans for 25 to 500 devices and custom sizing above that. There are no fees for log volume. Ask for a quote and we will reply within one business day, directly or through your partner.
Can I sell UTMStack Cloud to my own customers?
Yes. Resellers and managed service providers can join the partner program or email contact@utmstack.com.
Can I connect on-premise systems to a cloud instance?
Yes. Agents and collectors send logs from your network to your cloud instance over encrypted connections.
