UTMStack

Run many customers on one UTMStack, each kept separate

Native multi-tenancy lets many customers or business units run on one UTMStack server with their data, users and settings kept apart. Add your own branding, single sign-on and custom roles, and link several servers in one federation console.

  • Native tenants

Each tenant has its own settings, users, alerts, integrations, response flows, audit records and AI usage, all on one server.

  • Your brand

Put your own name and logos, including dark-mode versions, on the console your customers see.

  • Federation

Manage many UTMStack servers from one federation console with consolidated alerts and logs.

  • Single sign-on

Let people sign in through your company identity provider using SAML or OpenID Connect.

  • Custom roles

Create roles that give each person exactly the access their job needs.

  • Scales with Kubernetes

Capacity grows automatically as you add tenants and data.

Built for MSPs and MSSPs

Managed service providers (MSPs) and managed security service providers (MSSPs) can onboard each customer as a tenant, with its data logically separated from the others. Tenant cards show users, data sources, open alerts and AI usage at a glance. Broadcast a message to all tenants, give your support team read or full access to a tenant when needed, and terminate and purge a tenant cleanly when a contract ends.

Enterprises with many business units

Large organizations can give each subsidiary, region or business unit its own tenant, with its own users, data and compliance scores. A central team switches between tenants from one console instead of logging in to separate systems.

Access control that fits your organization

UTMStack supports single sign-on (SSO) through Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) or OpenID Connect identity providers, finer role-based access control (RBAC) with custom roles, local user creation and application programming interface (API) keys. Multi-factor sign-in is required for every user.

One server or many

Run all tenants on one server, or keep one server per customer and connect them to the federation console for a single view of alerts and logs. UTMStack scales horizontally with Kubernetes, so a multi-tenant server can grow as you add customers.

Questions buyers ask

How is each customer's data kept apart?

Each tenant is logically separated on the server, with its own users, settings, alerts, integrations, response flows and audit data. Notifications are scoped so each tenant only receives its own alerts.

What is the difference between multi-tenancy and federation?

Multi-tenancy runs many customers on one UTMStack server. Federation connects many separate UTMStack servers to one console. You can use either one, or both.

Can customers see my brand instead of UTMStack?

Yes. Tenant branding lets you set your own name and logos, including dark-mode versions. Our partner program also offers white-label options.

Which editions include multi-tenancy?

Multi-tenancy, federation and single sign-on are part of the paid editions. Contact us about MSSP and Enterprise licensing.
