Privacy policy

Last updated October 7, 2026. This policy explains what personal data utmstack.com collects, why, and the choices you have.

Who we are

This website is operated by UTMStack LLC, 3301 North University Drive, Suite 100, Coral Springs, FL 33071, United States ("UTMStack", "we"). For any privacy question, write to contact@utmstack.com.

This policy covers the website utmstack.com. The UTMStack product, customer portal, documentation site and support center have their own terms.

What we collect and why

Information you send us

  • Contact and quote requests: first name, work email, phone, country, number of devices, what you are interested in and your message. We use it to answer you and to prepare a proposal.
  • Partner applications: the same fields plus company name and website, to evaluate the partnership.
  • Online demo requests: first name, last name and email, to send you access to the demo.
  • Newsletter: your email address, to send security news and product updates. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

With each form we also record the page it was sent from, the time, and your browser type, to prevent abuse. We do not store your IP address with form entries.

Cookies and similar technologies

  • Necessary: your light or dark theme choice and your cookie choice, stored in your browser, and Google reCAPTCHA, which loads when you start filling in a form to tell people from spam bots. These are always on.
  • Visit statistics (always on, no cookies): Rybbit counts page views without cookies or browser storage and does not keep your IP address.
  • Analytics (only with your consent): Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, to understand which pages are useful.
  • Marketing (only with your consent): Leadsy and Apollo, which identify the companies whose employees visit our site. Apollo also loads Reddit’s advertising pixel.

You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.

Third-party content

Some pages show content from other services, which may set their own cookies when used: product videos from YouTube (loaded only when you press play, using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode), quizzes from Marquiz on the free dark web scan page, and our booking page on Google Calendar.

Legal bases

We process form data to respond to your request and take steps before a possible contract, newsletter and optional cookies on the basis of your consent, and security logs on the basis of our legitimate interest in protecting the website.

Who receives your data

  • Google (Firebase Hosting, Cloud Functions and Firestore) hosts the website and stores form entries.
  • Rybbit counts visits (pages viewed, referring site, country, browser and device type) without cookies, without storing anything in your browser and without keeping your IP address.
  • Google reCAPTCHA checks form entries for spam, under Google's privacy policy and terms.
  • Amazon Web Services (Amazon Simple Email Service) delivers form notifications to our team.
  • Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Leadsy, Apollo and Reddit, only if you allow them.
  • UTMStack partners in your region, only when you ask to be put in touch with one.

We do not sell personal data. Some of these providers process data in the United States and other countries; where required, transfers are covered by standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

How long we keep it

Form entries are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and our business relationship, and no longer than three years after the last contact unless the law requires otherwise. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under the GDPR and US state privacy laws such as the CCPA, you can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, object to or limit its use, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to contact@utmstack.com; we answer within 30 days. You may also complain to your data protection authority.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, form entries are stored in a database that cannot be read from the browser, and access is limited to the people who need it.

Children

This website is meant for businesses and is not directed to children under 16.

Changes

We will update this page when our practices change and show the date of the latest version at the top.
